The improved and regularly spaced contact has brought our clients to a new level of loyalty that we had not experienced before.
We frequently have had clients cancel their regularly scheduled appointments around the Christmas/New Year's holidays. This year they didn't! Had an experience over the weekend that I wanted to share with you. I went on a sales call on Saturday that was in response to one of my letters that you created. After a great meeting and discussion of what they wanted done, their comment was, “That was the first piece of direct mail we’ve ever responded to.” And then they went on to say that after reading the letter they said, “You sounded like an honest person”. I think that’s some good feedback from a direct mail piece. I’ve never heard anyone say that about a glossy postcard they received. Thanks again!
Note: We used a letter instead of a postcard in this instance as we knew that there was not enough space to educate the prospect on what made Doug's business unique.
