Having done marketing for many years, I know that it costs about 6 times more to get a new client than it does to keep a client. I have had my own company now for 8 years and in this time I had never put a good campaign together to market to my own clients. I was always busy trying acquire new ones.

Matt and Sarah now run my internal marketing campaign that markets to my established clients, my new clients and in many cases, my prospective clients. The results are wonderful! The improved and regularly spaced contact has brought our clients to a new level of loyalty that we had not experienced before.

We frequently have had clients cancel their regularly scheduled appointments around the Christmas/New Year's holidays. This year they didn't! Everyone stuck with us and stayed on their schedules or modified schedules! That means steady income for the company and steady income for the employees!!! "Yes, Merry Christmas All of Us!"

Hi Matt,

Had an experience over the weekend that I wanted to share with you. I went on a sales call on Saturday that was in response to one of my letters that you created. After a great meeting and discussion of what they wanted done, their comment was, “That was the first piece of direct mail we’ve ever responded to.” And then they went on to say that after reading the letter they said, “You sounded like an honest person”.  I think that’s some good feedback from a direct mail piece.  I’ve never heard anyone say that about a glossy postcard they received.  Thanks again!

Note: We used a letter instead of a postcard in this instance as we knew that there was not enough space to educate the prospect on what made Doug's business unique.

Matt and Sarah are great to work with.  They helped me use PURLs on my website with a marketing campaign. It is beyond my comprehension about how the technology works exactly, but they took care of it for me.  All I had to do was type in the special url and see the site personalize to that name.  It was a lot of fun to play with!

I had several clients comment about the site and and how they felt great that I personalized a website specifically for them.  The more personalized contact we make the more unique the clients feel that they are to you.  I'm looking forward to getting the site ready for this year.
